Most commands would be taken on enable mode, but some of commands need to be executed on VIP mode. To access VIP module on Cisco 7500 Series Router, see below steps.
1. To access VIP module. Type below command on enable mode. (5 is slot number)
if-con 5 c
Cisco Router#if-con 5 c
Entering CONSOLE for VIP4-50 RM5271 5 Type "^C^C^C" or "if-quit" to end this session VIP-Slot5#
2. To quit VIP controller mode if-quit
VIP-Slot5#if-quit
